How long does it take to ship out my order and how long does delivery take?
Our processing times vary from 2-6 business days excluding holidays. Please allow up to 8 business days for processing during sale events and holidays. Delivery date depends on your location and shipping method. For more info about our shipping please visit our Shipping & Delivery Policy page.
How do I return/exchange?

Do you allow Returns and Exchanges?
Yes, we allow the return and exchange of unworn and unwashed items if we receive them within 7 days after it was delivered to you. For additional details on returns and exchanges, please visit our Returns & Exchanges page.
How quickly do you respond to emails? Do you have weekend hours?
We generally respond within 24-48 hrs. during our regular office hours which are Monday- Friday, 10am-8pm EST. Customer Service is currently not available on Saturdays and Sundays. You can contact us at info@thekultureboutique.com and customerservice@thekutureboutique.com

Unfortunately not, all transactions are made online thorough our website.
Signed up for the newsletter and didn’t get a code?
When you sign up for our newsletter we email you your special discount code, if you don't see it immediately, please check your junk/spam mail. You can also try and subscribe again, as you may have spelt your email address incorrectly. I need my order by a specific date?
If you need your order by a certain date, you need to contact us before ordering to make sure it’s possible to get the item in time. You can contact us at info@thekultureboutique.com
