Waist beads are a traditional African accessory that goes around the waist or hips. They are decorative stones, crystals, or charms that are on a string or wire and screwed on from each end to wrap around the desired area.
Some queens like to decorate their upper midsection and wear their belly beads above the belly button, while others prefer to position their beads just above their hips and below the bellybutton. Feel free to own your look as you please and occasionally switch the style up!
