Returns & Exchanges

If you are looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we will be happy to help you!
Returns or exchanges will only be accepted within 7 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit or to exchange for a different product.
All items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with the tag still attached. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns. If the package does not reach us safely, we will not be able to complete the refund.
Please make sure you get tracking on your returns so that proof of delivery can be verified. We will not accept returns or exchanges after 7 days.
We do not refund shipping costs.

If you have any problems, please contact us at customerservice@thekultureboutique.com and leave your order number, first and last name and your note.

When sending your returns please be sure to get a tracking number for your records and allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return once it has been received.

REFUND:

Store credit will be issued to returns received after we have received the product. Please allow 10 business days for your store credit.

EXCHANGES:

We accept exchanges within 7 business days after your order was delivered to you.

CLEARANCE ITEMS:

Items bought on clearance cannot be returned as it is a final sale.

UNDELIVERED SHIPMENTS:

If your chosen shipping company’s tracking states that your package has been delivered but you have not received your items, please contact us ASAP. Once the package is in the hands of the delivery company, they become liable for the delivery of your items. If a package isn’t properly delivered please let us know ASAP and we will open up a case with the delivery company.
Please allow 18 days for us to investigate and conclude a resolution. If you do not receive your order within the 18 days of investigation, we’ll provide you with the option of either reshipping your order or giving you store credit. A refund will not be issued.
