Shipping Rates & Times

Please note we only ship within Canada, U.S, Italy, Germany, Ireland, and the UK.
Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are determined by the weight and destination of the order. Please note that shipping delays may occur due to COVID-19. Our processing times vary from 2-6 business days excluding holidays. Please allow up to 8 business days for processing during sale events and holidays.
Please note: If your packages are prone to getting LOST or STOLEN, please choose shipping with signature, so the package is handed over and signed for.
We will not be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Delays may occur due to customs. Customers are responsible for all customs, duties, taxes and any other fees. Please contact your local post office for further information concerning custom duties or fees.

Items not received?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-5 days as packages may be delayed.
If after contacting the shipping company and you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at customerservice@thekultureboutique.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.
Please note: Once your package leaves the country we are unable to track it for you.
Please note that we will not be able to alter your order after it has been fulfilled.

Free Shipping 

Free shipping is applied to orders over $200 before tax. *This excludes custom orders.

Refund policy

Store credit will be issued to returns received after we have received the product. Please allow 10 business days for your store credit.

We have a 7 day return policy for unused items. This means that you have 7 days after receiving your item contact us for a return. After these 7 days, we unfortunately will not be able to approve your return request. Please email us at customerservice@thekultureboutique.com

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

CUSTOM CHARGES

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. THE KULTURE BOUTIQUE has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. THE KULTURE does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an “un-deliverable” or incomplete address.
